Welcome From Principal

Welcome to Saint Agnes Catholic School.  We are a thriving, Christ-centered parochial school that emphasizes academic excellence rooted in our Catholic faith, community spirit, and the development of the whole child.

Founded in 1946 by the Sisters of Notre Dame, Saint Agnes celebrates the legacy of the Sisters by offering a distinctive blend of traditional and innovative educational practice.  We seek to follow the words of St. Julie Billiart who founded the Sisters of Notre Dame.  “Teach the children what they need to know for life.”

Our Blue Ribbon school is led by a diverse group of dedicated, engaging and experienced teachers.  As a team, we are guided by a children’s first approach to education.  Together, with our pastor and parochial vicar, we seek to provide the highest level of instruction, grounding students as servants of Christ and setting each child on a path to succeed in an ever competitive world.

St. Agnes graduates receive outstanding academic preparation, attending their choice of high schools and some of the country’s the most prestigious colleges and universities.

Our academic excellence is fully supported by the active involvement of parents and larger community through our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  The St. Agnes PTO has raised funds to provide iPads, Smartboards, Chromebooks and a teacher professional development fund.  Their energetic involvement has enhanced our ability to differentiate instruction and provide student-driven projects.

We encourage you to both look at our website and to visit our school to see the truly remarkable blend of academics, our Catholic Faith and community woven through all we do and, above all, the children we are blessed to serve who grow as a result.

God Bless, and Roar Lions Roar!
