TUITION PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition is paid in full to the Parish Office prior to the beginning of the school year or is paid through FACTS Management Company on a monthly payment plan over a ten-month period, beginning July 2025.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Please note: For students who have been accepted and enrolled, but decide to withdraw before August 15, 2025, July and August will be forfeited. (If a family has paid the full tuition at this time, then the deduction will apply only for two months, and the remainder will be refunded).
For students who have been accepted and enrolled, but decide to withdraw after August 15, 2025, the tuition paid for July, August and September will be forfeited, (If a family has paid the full tuition the remainder will be refunded).
For students who decide to withdraw on the subsequent months before the 15th of the month, the tuition for the month of withdrawal will be forfeited, If the withdrawal request occurs after the 15th day of the month, the next month will also be forfeited.
The withdrawal after May 1st will not be refunded.

FINANCIAL AID

Saint Agnes is committed to helping families make a Catholic education affordable. Families must apply through FACTS Grant & Aid to be considered for financial aid, which offers a confidential analysis of their ability to pay. The information from FACTS helps the pastor assess needs and payment capability.
